Hello and welcome to my website
Hi, My name is David Holt I am 48 years old and I am father to four children, all girls. My hobby is designing, making and flying kites. I have been interested in kites since a very early age and particulaly enjoy making soft kites of various shapes and sizes. These pages include some of the kites I have made and some I have bought.
Over the years I have I have tried to develop my own ideas inspired mostly by TV programs.
Thunderbird 2 was an idea I had sitting in my mind for 2 years before I finally got round to building it.
The idea for the Wallace and Gromit Aeroplane came about after watching a particular episode in which Gromit's side car changed into an aeroplane.
I decided to take a break from building during 2008 due to other commitments and now have more ideas that I plan to build for 2009.
